Congratulations to the entire club on winning East Down Club of the Year on Friday night at the East Down awards in Liatroim. The award recognises the hard work that has been carried out over the past year both on and off the field with the footballers winning the Jnr championship and the under 12’s winning the league not to mention the great efforts of all the teams throughout the season. In addition the award recognises the fund raising and development work that is being carried out by all the volunteers on a regular basis that keep the club running. So a big well done to all.

Drumaness stalwart Gerard McDermott was entered into the East Down Hall of fame at the East Down awards on Friday, Geareds tireless work over the past 50 years across all areas of the GAA has brought him this much earned award.
